Welcome, my name is Margaux Lopez. I am an artisan with 8+ years of creating candles. I live and thrive in the beautiful high desert of Albuquerque New Mexico. In addition to candle making I consider myself a life long artist and dabble in many mediums including: painting, sewing, ceramics . . . I will try any art at least once!

Cactus Girl was born out of my fascination with comic books and desire to create a character that embodies the spirit of my beloved desert. She first makes an appearance in my art journals as far back as 2012, and maybe those old drawings will make it public some day . . .
