How can I order a custom made candle for an event (wedding, graduation, birthday etc.)?
Please send an email to custom.order@cactusgirlcrafts.com with a detailed description of your request.
I will begin correspondence with you regarding the possibility of a custom order.
What is your refund policy?
If your items are damaged or broken please email customer.service@cactusgirlcrafts.com immediately with a description of the circumstance and photo of the damaged item. I am happy to issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement after inspection of the photo.
Please note that there is a 14 day window from the time that you receive the item in which you will be able to access a refund, store credit, or a replacement.Β
What is your shipping policy?
These are handmade items - I am one person. I do not currently have the capacity to ship outside of New Mexico.
This being said, I ship items as quickly as possible and Shopify automatically maintains my inventory as orders come in.
Please be patient if there is a delay in shipping. Your item should arrive within a two week window of ordering.
If you experience any delays beyond a two week window please inquire at customer.service@cactusgirlcrafts.com
